Qualification and Experience –
The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate or equivalent preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university.
Further he should have adequate experience at a senior level in a large organization of good repute. Persons with experience in marketing of capital goods, dealing with large engineering projects would have added advantage.
Provided that minimum qualification is relaxable in case of internal candidates with very sound background and experience.
Age Limit –
On the date of occurrence of vacancy
(I) Minimum 45 years
(ii) Not more than 58 years for internal candidates and not more than 57 years for others.
The age of superannuation is 60 years.
